All your financial data, including transactions, accounts, categories, budgets, and savings goals, is stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your sensitive financial information on our servers or any third-party cloud services, ensuring your complete privacy.
If you uninstall Spendwise Pro, all locally stored data on your device will be deleted. To prevent data loss, we highly recommend using the Encrypted Backup & Restore feature regularly to save your data securely.
Your 4-digit PIN is stored encrypted only on your device and is used solely for local authentication. If you forget your PIN, you can reset it using the security questions you set up during the initial setup. We do not have access to your PIN or your security answers.
The AI for budgeting/savings insights and the chatbot operates on generalized financial principles and interaction patterns. When you use voice commands or text input, the input is processed by secure, privacy-focused AI services (e.g., Google's speech-to-text APIs) to understand your request. Your specific financial transactions or detailed personal data are not sent to these AI services or stored on our servers. The AI provides recommendations based on common financial habits or statistical analysis, not by directly analyzing your individual data.
Spendwise Pro uses a hybrid monetization model. We integrate Google AdSense (AdMob) to display non-intrusive advertisements within the app, which helps support the free features. Additionally, we offer a premium subscription model for users who wish to unlock advanced features and enjoy an ad-free experience.
